About the photographer

Hello,

My name is Robin Timmerman and I would like to take Your Best Picture. I have more than 30 years of photography experience. I love taking pictures of people and I hope that it shows in the photos on this site. I am not only a photographer, I am also a father of two kids, handyman, software consultant, stuttering therapist, mountain biker and soccer coach (that’s me on the right). There are lots of exiting things to do, but photography is one of my favorites.

My photography style is based on seizing the moment and the opportunities that the environment offers me. I do whatever most that is needed to get the pictures that I am envisioning. Sometimes that means posing, sometimes I let things unfold naturally. I use natural light and artificial light, again whatever is needed to get a great picture. My style is evident in the images on Your Best Picture. I hope that you enjoyed the pictures and that you got some ideas on what to expect.
